In agreement with the Staff Council, the following rules apply for the Christmas holidays 2025 and the turn of the year 2025/2026: Between 24 December 2025 and 4 January 2026 (3 working days), employees may take annual leave or compensatory time off.

With prior approval from their professor, employees may also take compensatory time off on the above-mentioned days if they have worked extra hours before or after these dates, and if there was or is an operational necessity. Please make sure that compensatory time off is clearly indicated on the leave form ("vorgearbeitet" in the electronic vacation application form).
